Administrative Assistant Job Description
Responsibilities:
Receive inbound calls, and at times, make outbound follow-up client calls
Answer and manage multiple phone lines
Work independently with custom company software
Filing, handling, and distributing mail
Data entry
Other office-related tasks
Requirements:
Two or more years of experience in an office setting
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Type 30+ words per minute
Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
2 years or more experience in retail or customer service setting
