Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering menu questions, and providing friendly service.
Beverage Preparation: Preparing espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to recipe standards.
Cleaning/Maintenance: Sanitizing equipment (espresso machines, grinders), cleaning work areas, and washing dishes.
Inventory/Stocking: Restocking workstations, milk, pastries, and cleaning supplies.
Sales/Cash Handling: Processing payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Required Skills/ Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista is a must
Familiarity with brewing methods, coffee bean varieties, and equipment maintenance
Latte art experience is a must
