Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently accepting applications for experienced Welders in the South San Diego area. We are seeking skilled candidates with hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or construction environment.
Requirements:
Proven welding experience (MIG, TIG, and/or Stick preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of welding tools, equipment, and safety procedures
Ability to perform quality welds on various metals and materials
Experience with fabrication, cutting, grinding, and assembly
Must be able to pass weld test (if required by client company)
Background check and drug screen depending on company requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Welding certification preferred but not required
Experience in structural, industrial, or production welding
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
Schedule:
Various shifts available (days, nights, and weekends depending on assignment)
Monday – Friday schedules available depending on company placement
Pay:
$25.00 – $35.00 per hourDOE (Depending on Experience) and company placement
Responsibilities:
Perform welding tasks according to specifications
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
Maintain clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety and company procedures
Assist with fabrication and general production tasks as needed
