What You’ll Do as a Marketing and Customer Onboarding Specialist:
As the Marketing and Customer Onboarding Specialist, you are the critical connection point between sales and long-term success. You will manage the entire implementation roadmap for the Priority and Core accounts, ensuring their initial orders—the most crucial ones—are executed flawlessly. This requires technical mastery, assertive project management, and the confidence to advise experienced business owners.
Your B2B Mission:
- Own the Hand-off: Seamlessly take over from Sales, setting clear expectations and a structured launch plan for complex B2B accounts.
- Educate with Authority: Deliver professional, deep-dive training on our proprietary ordering platform, from product specs to the technical requirements of graphic file preparation. You are the go-to expert.
- Project Leadership: Use your project management skills to keep internal departments (Production, Delivery) aligned with the client's timeline. Your job is to spot red flags early and proactively implement solutions.
Requirements for Marketing and Customer Onboarding Specialist:
- A minimum of 4 years in a B2B Implementation or Technical Account Management role.
- The ability to speak confidently and accurately about manufacturing, printing, or garment industry processes.
- A track record of managing multiple complex client implementations simultaneously.
- A natural executive presence—you project competence and authority that immediately earns the trust of business owners.
