Embroidery Garment Quality Control
Express Employment LAX is looking for an Embroidery Garment Quality Control (QC) worker for a printing and apparel company in the city of Hawthorne. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to inspect embroidered garments for defects, ensure designs meet customer specifications, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.

Job Description for Embroidery Garment Quality Control (QC):
- Inspection: Examine incoming garments and finished products for design accuracy, color match, stitch quality, size, and cleanliness.
• Defect Resolution: Trim loose threads, remove excess backing/foam, fix minor thread issues with pens, and identify major defects for rejection or rework.
• Verification: Confirm quantities, styles, colors, and specific design notes against customer paperwork and order details.
• Quality Maintenance: Ensure finished items match customer specifications and are packaged cleanly and correctly.
• Process Support: Serve as a bridge between operators and supervisors to maintain standards and improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements for Embroidery Garment Quality Control (QC):
- Strong attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and defects.
• Understanding of embroidery techniques, fabrics, and garment construction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in quality control, embroidery, or apparel manufacturing is a plus.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and handling garments.
