Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Tuesday & Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM OR
- Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility in Hawthorne, CA. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust, wipe down, and disinfect surfaces
- Restock restroom and janitorial supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of entrances and outdoor walkways
- Follow established safety and cleaning procedures
- Perform other custodial duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
