Express is seeking a Property Maintenance Tech, a top-notch person who can help get vacant apartments prepped for new tenants. This is a great long-term opportunity.
Key Tasks
- Washing down walls, bathrooms, appliances, and floors
- Patching holes in the walls
- Painting
- Minor plumbing and electrical work
Key Traits
- Clean and tidy appearance
- Able to maintain a tidy worksite
- Sensitive to tenants in the complex
- A mindset of customer service
- General handyman-type skills
Compensation
Candidates typically start between $18.00 and $22.00 but can earn more if they have a well-developed, verifiable maintenance skill set.
