Job Full Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Truss Production Builder to join a fast-paced team supporting the assembly and manufacturing of roof and floor trusses. This is a hands-on position requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work well with others in a shop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble wood trusses according to plans and measurements

• Accurately read and interpret tape measures and basic blueprints

• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Assist with general labor as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately (required)

• Must be in good physical condition and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly

• Experience using hand tools and working in a production or construction environment preferred

• Forklift experience is a plus

• Must follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Additional Details:

• This is a temporary position expected to last between 4 to 8 weeks, with the potential for a longer assignment based on performance and business needs.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional overtime may be required)
