Job Full Description
Express is hiring for an experienced person to be our internal Director of Impressions. This position combines front desk reception with social media and management of our online presence for the team. This person is the first voice callers hear, the first face guests see when they visit, and is in charge of our online presence as well. We are looking for someone who can provide world-class customer service! We take pride in developing employees into their fullest potential using a combination of online and in-person training, frequent coaching, and personal and professional development goals.
Key Tasks
- World-class customer service in person, by phone, and electronically
- Handling multiple phone lines all day
- Management of multiple social media accounts using the SOCi platform
- Frequently update the website (microsite)
- Constant use of a proprietary database
- Updating job postings across multiple recruiting platforms to ensure listings are current
Key Skills
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- Ability to easily transition between task priorities that are constantly changing (heavy multitasking) - e.g. switching from developing social media or web content to responding to phone calls from moment to moment
- Excellent data entry skills and ability to type while on the phone
- Ability to quickly pick up computer systems
- Administrative support background
- Social media management experience including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google (personal and/or professional)
- Prefer experience of multiple social media platforms with a single tool such as SOCi, Social Studio, Hoot Suite, etc.
- Word, Excel, and Outlook skills or similar software such as Google platform with the ability to translate those skills quickly to the Microsoft Suite

Schedule
This is a Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm full-time position.
Compensation
Pay range of $19.00 to 20.00 DOE on experience and verified skills. Advancement potential. This position will start on the Express Employment Professionals payroll for an evaluation period. We offer an excellent benefits package available immediately upon transition to our permanent team including:
