Job Full Description

Express is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk. The Office Clerk will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily operations. This role involves handling paperwork, maintaining records, assisting customers, and supporting the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls; respond to customer inquiries regarding service schedules, billing, and account information.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and digital records.
  • Accurately enter data into company systems and ensure records are up to date.
  • Assist with billing, payments, and account reconciliation.
  • Help create work orders and assist dispatch for operations.
  • Provide administrative support to operations, dispatch, and management teams.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and company communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support office and field operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years of clerical, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and general office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Office-based role with interaction across customers, drivers, and management staff.
  • Fast-paced environment supporting field operations and customer needs.

Compensation 

  • Starting wage: $23.00 per hour, with growth opportunities.
