A well-established, independent investment firm is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join its front-office team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting and finance, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate their investment accounts and ensuring a seamless experience.
Responsibilities:

Serve as a front-office liaison for high-net-worth clients

Manage and schedule client appointments with precision and professionalism

Handle sensitive account access, including Schwab platform interactions

Facilitate secure document workflows using DocuSign

Support onboarding and account maintenance with accuracy and discretion

Collaborate with internal teams to uphold fiduciary standards and client-first values
Qualification:

Prior experience in finance, accounting, or investment operations

Familiarity with Schwab Advisor Center or similar brokerage platforms

Proficiency in DocuSign and digital client documentation tools

Impeccable professional background and ethical standards

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality and compliance
Schedule & Location
Monday - Friday 9 am - 4:30 pm. This position is in-person, not remote.
Compensation
Pay rate is $30 to $40 per hour. Benefits include:
