A community-focused nonprofit media organization is seeking a Membership Coordinator to support its fundraising and donor engagement efforts. What You’ll Do

Membership & Passport Management

  • Process daily and weekly Passport renewal lists
  • Maintain accurate donor records and resolve data inconsistencies
  • Coordinate with external systems to verify member access

Member & Donor Communications

  • Draft and distribute monthly newsletters and donor updates
  • Schedule renewal reminders, acknowledgments, and thank-you messages
  • Collaborate on donor outreach and retention campaigns
  • Maintain templates and segmented lists for recurring communications

Data, Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate reports using Bloomerang, Mvault, Looker Studio, and Excel
  • Provide segmented data to support campaigns and retention
  • Analyze trends to inform development strategy
  • Stay current on best practices in member engagement and data systems

Development & Campaign Support

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns for fundraising and engagement
  • Assist with digital appeals and performance tracking
  • Deliver timely reports for board and campaign support

General Operations

  • Update recurring fundraising materials
  • Participate in team meetings and cross-functional projects
  • Support broader organizational goals as needed

 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, or nonprofit management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM platforms like Bloomerang
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented and organized in data and messaging
  • Experience with Google Ads or digital outreach tools preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a small team
