Job Full Description
We are seeking a friendly, reliable Retail Store Team Member to join our Crescent City location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling quality products, and supporting daily retail operations in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing a welcoming and professional experience
- Process sales transactions accurately using a POS system (cash, credit, electronic payments)
- Prepare and offer product samples while following food safety and sanitation standards
- Cut, weigh, wrap, label, and stock products with attention to detail
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and store security
- Maintain clean and organized counters, displays, and work areas
- Receive, stock, rotate, and monitor inventory to ensure freshness and availability
- Process in-person, phone, and online orders accurately
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior retail, customer service, or food handling experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and comfort using POS systems
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks

Work Environment:
- Retail and production-adjacent setting
- Occasional exposure to cold environments and moderate noise levels
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM (Noon) – 5:00 PM
