Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time role blends sales, client support, and field activity in the manufacturing and light industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, strong computer and documentation skills, and a sales-driven mindset.
PAY RANGE: $28/hour
Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through outbound calls and lead follow-ups.

Support Front Office Services.

Accompany team members on client visits (2 days per week)

Maintain organized, timely, and detailed documentation of all interactions

Deliver high-level customer service while meeting aggressive sales goals

Identify key prospects and follow up regularly with key prospects, and develop unique selling opportunities (for example: use appropriate Express knowledge-based campaigns, arrange MPC calls with the Staffing Consultant, coordinate marketing events, coordinate office visits, etc.).

Quarterly, develop a sales plan identifying potential new clients and business opportunities.

Maximize sales for the upcoming quarter by classifying prospective clients and using the appropriate call frequency based on potential business.

Research accounts, develop a sales plan, and establish meetings, and coordinate presentations as needed by focusing on the prospect's needs.
Experience Required:
- 1–3 years of inside or outside sales experience.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree is a must.
