Shift: Wednesday through Sunday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and attentive Security Guard to join our team. This role requires ensuring the safety and security of the premises while providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for patrolling the area, reporting any suspicious activity, assisting in emergencies, opening the laundry room, delivering packages to residents, and providing customer service when the front desk is unattended.
Key Responsibilities:

Patrol the Premises: Regularly walk or drive around the property to monitor for unusual or suspicious activity.

Report Suspicious Activity: Alert the supervisor and appropriate authorities when suspicious activity is observed.

Assist in Emergencies: Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations, ensuring the safety of residents and staff.

Open Laundry Room: Unlock the laundry room in the morning and ensure it is operational.

Package Deliveries: Help deliver packages to residents, ensuring safe and accurate delivery.

Customer Service: Provide assistance to residents and visitors when the front desk is not staffed, offering excellent service and support.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous security or customer service experience is preferred.

Strong communication skills and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

Ability to work independently and follow security protocols.

Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Must be able to work the designated shift (Wednesday through Sunday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
