Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to manage high-volume incoming calls and provide essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Experience working with insurance and adjusters is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a multi-line phone system, handling a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

Dispatch calls and messages accurately and promptly to internal staff.

Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.

Perform various administrative and clerical tasks as needed (e.g., mail distribution, basic data entry).

Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a high-volume call environment.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
