Job Full Description

• Cleaning:

  Porters clean common areas, hallways, restrooms, and sometimes vacant units, using equipment like vacuums, mops, and industrial cleaning tools. They also handle trash removal and maintain proper disposal procedures. 

   
• Minor Repairs:

  Porters may perform minor maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, fixing minor leaks, or patching small holes. 

   
• Waste Management:

  They ensure proper waste disposal, manage recycling programs, and prepare trash for collection. 

   
• Assisting Residents/Tenants:

  Porters may assist with tasks like moving furniture, handling deliveries, or addressing minor concerns related to the property
