Job Full Description
Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
- Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential new customers.
- Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals.
- Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy.

Requirements:
Leasing Consultant Job Requirements:
- At least 1 solid year of proven and current sales experience
- Excellent Customer Service experience
- Problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
- Must be able to multi-task
- Organized
- Handle high volume workload and able to multitask well
- Follow directions and work independently
- Detail oriented with great communication
- Able to work Monday-Friday schedule 8am-5pm
