need someone with great customer service skills that is comfortable making phone calls to future residents.
There is some sales/leasing required.
They also need good attention to detail, as they'll be helping process paperwork and doing filing.
Preferably, someone who has apartment community leasing training would be great.
Our busy season starts this coming Monday, we will be processing 40 or so applicants to move into our phase 2 to be completed in October, 3 plus month of temporary assignment
Drug test required
Yardi program experience a huge plus
