Are you an experienced HVAC Technician looking for a stable, long-term opportunity? We are hiring for a direct hire position with a reputable company based in Oxnard, CA. This role focuses on the assembly, installation, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units.
💼 Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems

Perform installations, maintenance, and part replacements

Work on commercial rooftops

Maintain professional communication with clients on-site
✅ Requirements:

3–5 years of HVAC experience (refrigeration, A/C, or both)

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Experience with commercial HVAC systems preferred

Must speak English

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
