Pay: $18/hr
Details:
We are seeking a Screener with prior screen printing experience. This role requires an extremely detail-oriented candidate who can deliver high-quality, precise results.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in screen printing (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow quality standards and production guidelines
Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate screen printing equipment to apply precise patterns of conductive or dielectric materials onto ceramic components following strict production specifications.

Inspect and verify printed components under magnification to ensure alignment, quality, and consistency, making adjustments to screens or inks as needed.

Maintain clean work areas and accurate records of production runs, including documenting lot numbers, defects, and process parameters for quality control.
