Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20–$27/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Type: Evaluation Hire | Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Weekends: None
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join a growing local company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and coordinating with multiple teams to keep orders moving smoothly.
What You’ll Do

Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams

Communicate with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and sales representatives

Receive, confirm, and track customer purchase orders

Generate purchase orders for manufacturers

Assist with AP/AR billing

Coordinate vendor and warehouse deliveries

Manage and coordinate drop-ship orders

Help resolve order or delivery issues as they arise
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Excel and Word

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Takes initiative and uses good judgment to solve problems

Previous customer service or order-processing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
