Packaging Associate – 1st Shift
Location: Camarillo, CA
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Packaging Associates to join a fast-paced production and packaging team in Camarillo. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can maintain a steady pace, and takes pride in following quality and safety procedures.
The Packaging Associate will assist with packaging finished products, supplying production lines, palletizing boxes, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting the overall production process.
Key Responsibilities

Remove finished products from the conveyor and package them according to established guidelines.

Palletize finished boxes and prepare products for movement within the facility.

Load empty containers onto production equipment.

Supply packaging materials and components to the production line.

Remove leftover materials and components from packaging equipment.

Open boxes and prepare bulk bottles for lot number and expiration date verification.

Break down boxes and dispose of packaging materials appropriately.

Assist Quality Control personnel with preparation for upcoming production batches.

Clean and sanitize carts and production areas as required.

Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain assigned work areas.

Follow written work instructions, SOPs, cGMP requirements, and established safety procedures.

Assist other departments and team members as needed.

Perform additional packaging and production-related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements

Ability to frequently exert or lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, pull, and move boxes and materials throughout the shift.

Ability to perform repetitive packaging tasks in a production environment.

Must be comfortable wearing a full-face respirator when required.

Must be able to maintain the required production pace.

Occasional overtime or shifts longer than eight hours may be required.
