Warehouse Associate I – 2nd Shift
Location: Camarillo, CA
Pay: $19.69/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate I to join a well-established organization in the pharmaceutical/healthcare supply industry. This position is primarily responsible for picking and preparing customer orders while maintaining accurate inventory, proper documentation, and a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and retrieve products according to pick tickets and transport completed orders to the appropriate shipping station.

Repack and weigh orders as needed.

Use warehouse scan guns and computer systems to accurately process and track inventory.

Perform product inventory and assist with warehouse organization.

Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures and properly identify and remove expired product.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, push carts, and other warehouse equipment.

Perform basic preventive maintenance checks on forklifts as requested.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work and supply areas.

Monitor warehouse supplies and communicate replenishment needs to management.

Complete required documentation accurately and on time.

Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety practices, and cGMP requirements.

Protect product quality and integrity throughout warehouse operations.

Report equipment, maintenance, safety, or risk-management concerns to supervisors.

Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.

Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is a plus.

Forklift experience/certification preferred.

Basic computer skills and ability to learn computerized warehouse systems.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Dependable with a strong attendance and punctuality record.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexible and willing to assist in different areas of the warehouse as needed.

Must be able to successfully complete required pre-employment screenings.
Physical Requirements

Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Ability to regularly bend, stoop, climb, pull, and move boxes and packages.

Comfortable operating material-handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and push carts for a significant portion of the workday.

Ability to climb stairs and access warehouse storage areas.

Must be able to work an 8-hour shift, with occasional overtime as business needs require.
