Production Associate
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Schedule: Full-time | Occasional overtime and weekends may be required
Job Summary
We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing client. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment to manufacture high-quality roofing materials. If you're mechanically inclined, a team player, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, test, and adjust manufacturing machinery

Measure materials and perform precise pattern cutting

Work with sheet metal: shearing, punching, bending, grinding, soldering, etc.

Cut, form, and weld plastic membrane materials

Support shipping and receiving activities as needed

Maintain safety awareness and comply with shop protocols

Perform routine quality checks and basic equipment maintenance

Keep work area clean and organized

Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools (grinder, drill, saw, etc.)

Mechanically inclined with good attention to detail

Comfortable with physical work and handling materials up to 50 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when needed
