A local family-owned HVAC company is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join there team based in Santa Rosa, CA!
We are looking for an experienced Service Technician with at least 3 years of applicable experience who is truly interested in the trade and looking for a long-term position. Our ideal candidate will offer outstanding customer service and have very strong communication, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Sales are not expected or required!
Qualifications and Expectations:
- Must have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Must pay close attention to detail
- Must be punctual, reliable and have strong communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and organized
- Must be able to multitask and plan ahead
- Must have a valid DL and clean DMV
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must be well-groomed
