Job Full Description

We’re urgently hiring for a 2-month temporary Property Management position starting next week. Must have experience with tax credit and low-income housing programs. Great opportunity to put your housing expertise to use in a short-term role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination
Ensure compliance with tax credit and low-income housing regulations and documentation
Process applications and recertifications, verifying income and eligibility
Maintain accurate resident files and required reporting
Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease enforcement as needed
Conduct unit inspections and coordinate repairs or move-ins/outs
Collaborate with corporate office and vendors to support property needs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management, specifically with tax credit/LIHTC and affordable housing programs
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to start immediately and commit to the full 2-month assignment.
