Temporary Property Manager
Location: Santa Rosa, CA, 95407
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Temporary Assignment
Pay: $25.00/hr
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and professional Temporary Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential property. This assignment is ideal for a candidate with strong organizational skills, excellent tenant relations experience, and the ability to maintain smooth property operations while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day property operations and tenant relations
- Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and move-outs
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Conduct property inspections and monitor overall property condition
- Collect rent and assist with delinquency management as needed
- Maintain accurate tenant files and property records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable housing regulations
- Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel
Qualifications
- Previous Property Management experience required
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Experience conducting inspections and compliance-related documentation
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
