LOCAL WAREHOUSE DISTRIBUTION CENTER IS SEEKING A DISPATCHER! THIS IS A LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY AND THE PAY IS $19.00 - $20.00 DOE!

Essential duties and responsibilities
• Distribute work assignments as directed by supervisor.
• Provide necessary support to ensure warehouse and transportation schedules are attained.
• Heavy interaction with warehouse operators, carriers and warehouse logistics team.
• Schedule daily workload and department personnel.
• Review carrier paperwork for accuracy.
• Maintain necessary documentation and files.
• Assist in monitoring department and individual employee performance.
Qualifications:
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to handle numerous telephone calls
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organization skills and logical thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in computer programs including Excel and Word.
• Excellent follow through on daily tasks and projects.
• Ability to work flexible schedule.
