Job Full Description
We are seeking a Route Sales Representative to support a state benefit phone program by setting up outreach tents at various community locations across Solano County. In this role, you will assist eligible individuals in receiving free mobile phones, verifying state benefits and identification, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate a promotional tent in approved outdoor locations

Distribute free phones to qualified individuals on state benefits

Collect and verify valid ID and proof of benefits at the time of service

Meet a weekly quota of 30 phones

Check in with supervisor daily via location sharing and photos

Provide exceptional customer service and represent the program professionally

Stand for extended periods and work outdoors

Maintain confidentiality and handle personal, sensitive information responsibly
Requirements:

Must be trustworthy, honest, and reliable

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Solano County

Ability to pass a 7-year state background check

Comfortable working independently in outdoor environments
