What You’ll Do:
As an Employment Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our staffing operations—recruiting talented candidates, fulfilling client job orders, and building relationships through inside sales activities. You’ll use your judgment and people skills to ensure a smooth, positive experience for both associates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified associates across various skill sets

Quickly and effectively fill job orders

Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and provide consultative staffing solutions

Deliver exceptional customer service to associates and clients alike

What We’re Looking For:
