LOCAL TOP INSTALLER IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA IS SEEKING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. THIS IS AN EVALUATION HIRE POSITION AND THE PAY IS $22.00 AN HOUR !
Duties include:
- Support dispatch operations by verifying purchase orders through online systems
- Manage inventory tracking and perform accurate numeric data entry within an in-house system (experience with SAGE preferred)
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel extensively, including maintaining and updating spreadsheets
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Communicate with clients via email to provide updates and respond to inquiries.
