LOCAL INVENTORY MANAGEMNENT COMPANY IS SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST/MANAGER. THIS IS A LONG TERM-OPPORTUNITY AND THE PAY IS $24.00 - $26.00 DOE!

 

Core Duties:

Key Responsibilities

 

1) Client Ownership & Success

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Lead pre-inventory discussions:
  • Scope (financial vs. SKU counts vs Handwrite or custom project)
  • Timelines
  • Staffing expectations
  • Set clear expectations on:
  • Preparation requirements
  • Count methodology
  • Deliverables
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and retention

2) Engagement Planning & Coordination

  • Translate client requirements into clear execution plans
  • Coordinate:
  • Crew size and structure
  • Scheduling and timelines
  • Travel logistics (if applicable)
  • Align internal teams on:
  • Scope of work
  • Data capture requirements
  • Reporting expectations

3) Field Execution Oversight

  • Ensure inventory jobs are executed:
    • On time
    • Accurately
    • Within agreed scope
  • Act as escalation point for:
    • On-site issues
    • Staffing gaps
    • Client concerns
  • Collaborate with field supervisors to maintain:
    • Productivity targets
    • Quality standards
    •  

4) Customer Experience & Retention

  • Proactively communicate before, during, and after engagements
  • Ensure clients feel:
    • Informed
    • Supported
    • Confident in results
  • Gather feedback and identify opportunities for:
    • Service expansion
    • Process improvements

5) Process Improvement & Standardization

  • Help refine internal playbooks for:
    • Warehouse counts
    • Retail inventories
    • Scan vs. manual workflows
  • Partner with leadership to improve:
    • SOPs
    • Training
    • Execution consistency
  • Works closely with:
    • Field Supervisors
    • Scheduling / Dispatch
    • Clients & Store/Warehouse Teams

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

Core Competencies

Strong client-facing communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Operational thinking with attention to detail

Problem-solving in dynamic environments

 

Preferred Experience

Inventory services, retail operations, or warehouse environments

Field service or multi-location operations

          Customer success / account management roles

         Skilled ( Industrial or retail ) Staffing Account management / Operations experience
