Express Employment Professionals is seeking a driven and professional individual to join our Fairfield, CA team as a Professional Staffing Specialist. In this role, you will partner with businesses throughout a defined territory to understand their hiring needs and present customized staffing solutions through our Professional Division. You’ll work closely with companies seeking talent in areas such as:
- Accounting & Finance
- Human Resources
- Operations Management
- Biotechnology
- Professional & Administrative roles
This is a dynamic position that combines business development, client relationship management, recruiting, and consulting. You will prospect for new business while also growing and supporting an existing client base.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $55,000–$60,000+ DOE
