Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily Starts and Closings meetings by gathering, updating, and communicating all pertinent information.
- Review and distribute daily Starts reports to Operations leadership.
- Coordinate required loan documentation, appraisals, and inspections with lenders for pending loans.
- Maintain accurate data entry and reporting for Starts and Closings.
- Coordinate, organize, and manage all HUD documentation.
- Oversee the pending sales process, including sales tracking, reporting, and opening escrow.
- Manage the contract process, including auditing contracts for accuracy and completeness.
