Part-Time Business Service Associate

A local business solutions company in Suisun City is seeking a Part-Time Business Service Associate to join its team. This position starts at approximately 15 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as the business grows. The pay rate is $19.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Follow established procedures to provide a variety of business services, including creating shipping labels, updating activity logs, processing POS transactions, and managing tasks from start to finish.
  • Receive, sort, and accurately distribute mail and packages to members and mailbox holders each day.
  • Scan incoming mail and packages into the online database and send customer notifications.
  • Forward mail to customers as requested.
  • Assist customers with retail purchases.
  • Process mailbox rental applications, renewals, and related requests.
  • Assist customers with graphic design and print service quotes and orders.
  • Process fingerprinting appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Welcome and assist guests using the conference room.
  • Operate office equipment responsibly, including computers, copiers, printers, scanners, and postage equipment.
  • Perform basic cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and take accurate messages.
  • Respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communicate courteously and professionally with customers, management, and team members.
  • Work collaboratively with coworkers to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures.
  • Stock retail merchandise, office supplies, and back-office inventory.
  • Perform daily housekeeping and general cleaning to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming work environment.
