Client in Fairfield  is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Front Desk Team Member! The pay is $23.00 - $25.00 an Hour DOE! This is a long term opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with project staff
• Prepare invoices, work orders, and customer documents
• Maintain filing systems and accurate customer records
• Assist with general administrative and office duties

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in construction or the glass industry is a plus
