A global packaging company in American Canyon is seeking a Quality Coordinator
This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire based on performance.
Pay Rate: $23.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience!
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze production data and identify trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of quality systems and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ISO 9001
- Root Cause Analysis experience
- Continuous Improvement and/or Lean Manufacturing training
- Experience using ERP or Quality Management Systems
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Experience Required
- 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, production support, or continuous improvement
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
