TEMPORARY AMBULATORY FACILITIES COORDINATOR

Position Overview
A local healthcare facility in Fairfield is seeking a Temporary Ambulatory Facilities Coordinator to support project management, facility moves, tenant improvement projects, and administrative operations.
Primary Responsibilities
Project Management & Move Coordination
- Assist with facility moves by creating and maintaining move schedules.
- Work directly with movers and maintenance technicians for assigned buildings.
- Coordinate move-related activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and successfully.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout tenant improvement projects.
- Track project progress, maintain budgets, and coordinate directly with various vendors.
- Organize and maintain project information using Smartsheet.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience required.
- Healthcare and/or construction industry experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) moves preferred.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced knowledge of Smartsheet.
- Ability to effectively prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable adapting to change and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to support multiple managers and competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
