🚨 Now Hiring: Temporary Maintenance Position – Davis, CA 🚨📍
Work at Two Apartment Complexes | $20/Hour | Starting Late August We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual for a temporary maintenance assignment in Davis, CA.
This position will last approximately 1 month and involves working at two apartment complexes.
🔧 Job Details:
• Start Date: Second to last week of August
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 4 hours/day
• Pay: $20/hour • Location: Davis, CA (at two apartment complexes)
• Assignment Type: Temporary (approx. 1 month)
🛠 Job Duties May Include:
• General clean-up work
• Taking out trash
• Replacing light bulbs
• Minor maintenance and repair tasks
• Light carpentry work
✅ Requirements:
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Must have a working cell phone
• Must have some carpentry or maintenance experience
• Must be OK with manual labor
• Must be dependable and able to show up every day
