Location: Woodland, CA (Two Apartment Communities)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Mechanic to support two apartment communities in Woodland. This role is ideal for a reliable, hands-on professional with strong general maintenance skills and a commitment to quality work.
Responsibilities Include:

Basic plumbing repairs

Electrical and light fixture repairs
-
Painting and touch-ups
-
General apartment maintenance and repairs
-
Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Requirements:

Previous apartment or facilities maintenance experience required

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs
-
Clean background required (no theft or violent offenses within the past 7 years)

Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
