What You Will Be Doing:
- Setting up CNC machines (DMG MORI CTX beta lathes, general mills, cylindrical grinders)
- Writing and editing CNC programs using Mastercam
- Performing first-piece inspections using precision measuring tools
- Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues
- Maintaining accurate records of setups, adjustments, and training
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in CNC machine setup
- Proficiency in reading G-Code, blueprints, and GD&T
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
