**Job Qualifications:** - A minimum of three years of clerical experience - Strong attention to detail - Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills - Professional and courteous customer service expertise - Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities - Proficient in computer applications - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
**Job Duties/Responsibilities:** - Take charge of maintaining enrollment-management spreadsheets and reports - Proactively monitor course schedules, enrollments, and seat availability for current and upcoming sessions - Prepare and process course, instructor, and salary data with precision - Collaborate effectively with the Dean, Department Chairs, and the PCC Scheduler to initiate new course sections and efficiently manage course adjustments as needed - Communicate schedule changes directly to students, ensuring clarity and efficiency - Generate insightful data reports for the Dean of Business and Advanced Technology (B&AT) - Support the B&AT Team in delivering projects, mail merges, and coordinating special events - Work autonomously with minimal oversight or as a vital team member - Foster effective communication with students, faculty, staff, part-time instructors, and visitors - Interact professionally and respectfully with all stakeholders - Uphold the confidentiality of student and employee information diligently - Respond promptly to telephone inquiries, and welcome students, faculty, instructors, staff, and visitors with exceptional service - Execute general office functions, including typing, formatting, copying, scanning, and electronic filing of various documents - Efficiently sort and distribute incoming mail - Manage the pickup and delivery of paperwork and items on the Pueblo Campus - Proactively reach out to students, faculty, part-time instructors, and staff via phone and email - Assist in inventory management and tracking - Organize and streamline file systems effectively - Provide assistance across divisions on the Pueblo Campus as needed - Undertake additional duties as assigned with enthusiasm
**Work Hours:** - Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (one-hour unpaid lunch) - Flexible working hours within the M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM window, totaling 30 hours per week.
