Facilities Maintenance June 10, 2025

Located in Pueblo, CO

Inspects, and maintains all building operations including housekeeping, and grounds keeping over entire campus
Coordinates with all managers the necessary set up of all events held at Sangre de Cristo Arts Center
Monitors buildings and systems and may perform or coordinate repairs
Locks and unlocks buildings as necessary
Responsible for understanding and following safety guidelines
Responsible for vehicles and other general equipment
Performs other duties as appropriate or necessary for performance of job
Able to work nights and weekends.
- Work experience in building maintenance, operations, housekeeping, and grounds keeping. General carpentry, painting, electrical and plumbing experience required.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass a comprehensive background check.
- salary range is from $18-$25 per hour depending on experience.
