Job Full Description
Role & Company Needs:
- Current person in role is being restructured into a Billing Supervisor position — construction billing duties are being split off.
- Onsite in Pueblo, CO – no remote option (schedule 7:00-4:00 or 8:00-5:00)
- Compensation: (realistic range $65k–$75k).
Candidate Background/Requirements:
- 5+ years of accounting experience with credit/collections focus.
- Supervisory/leadership experience (team oversight and process development).
- Industry preference: construction, distribution, or municipalities.
- Technical requirements:
o AR management and collections oversight
o Dispute resolution and payment plan negotiation
o Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close support
o Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups, formulas; NetSuite preferred)
- Education: HS diploma required; some college preferred.
- Must be local to Pueblo (no relocation provided).
- Soft skills: adaptable, proactive, able to thrive in a fast-changing environment
