Job Full Description
Perform all Assistant level assembly tasks including the following:
- Assist in measuring, layout, and cutting of packaging material.
- Assist operator in the fabrication of crates and skids for all product lines for secured shipping.
- Read and exercise QC packaging Final Checklists to ensure proper packaging of all required components.
- Cross train in two different production positions at the basic level (additional areas such as Fabrication, Belt, Paint, and Assembly).
- Operate material handling cranes and other lifting devices as required.
- Perform duties within the company safety programs standards to maintain accident-free working conditions.
- Apply your initiative through empowerment to participate in continuous improvement opportunities, including your active participation in LEAN practices and LEAN events.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures as required.
