Job Full Description
Receive incoming shipments from vendors and delivery services.
Verify shipment contents against purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists.
Inspect goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
Record received items into the inventory management system.
Label and organize items for proper storage in the warehouse.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to move goods to the correct storage locations.
Report shortages, overages, or damaged goods to supervisors or purchasing departments.
Maintain accurate receiving logs and documentation.
Keep the receiving area clean, safe, and organized.
Assist with inventory counts and audits when required.
