Job Full Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Check and clean inside and outside mats to ensure no trip hazard exists and is in good condition, Clean and maintain interior of common area windows, Inspect boiler and laundry room daily for any leaks or safe issues, Inspect the whole place over.
Pay is depending on experience $15-$17 an hour
3-5 hours a day Mon-Fri
