Job Full Description

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break areas, and high-traffic touchpoints.
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and sanitizers.
• Respond to cleaning requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and buffers, according to guidelines.
• Report any safety hazards, needed repairs, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist in setting up or cleaning up after company events or meetings as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, and entryways.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain efficiency and consistency.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior custodial or maintenance experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and squat.
