Job Full Description

We are seeking an Admin to support our Reliability and Maintenance teams.  Would you be able to assist us?

  • Rate of pay – will be based on experience with range $24-27/hr
  • Duration – 3-6 months
  • Hours – Mon-Fri 8a-5p

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and quality assurance, to align reliability initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Prepare and create reports, presentations, and other documents to track reliability improvements, trends and system performance.
  • Collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in coordinating projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Create, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, and timely delivery dates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support procurement needs, and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate in managing stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
  • Ensure that all purchases comply with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as they might be assigned.                                                                               

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role, with demonstrated proficiency in office management.
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient in purchasing and data analysis software applications, including Microsoft Suite and Oracle
